When the Chinese failed to pay for the order the rifles were completed in 7mm for revolutionaries in San Paulo Brazil. Sold For $426. This is a Brazilian VZ24 bolt-action rifle in 7×57 Mauser. Serial number- VZ2401837. The "PM" prefix on the serial number and the flat face on the underside of the bolt handle leads us to believe that this is a Brazilian contract rifle, and was potentially used in the Sao Paulo Rebellion.
