WebThe Dagushi Formation consists of fluvio-lacustrine breccia, conglomerate and mudstone. Most of conglomerates retain angular boundayies and rarely roundness. Thecompositions of conglomerates vary from quarzite, mix rocks and meta-basalt. Most of sandstones are poorly sorted, indicating a quick subsidence. WebClonophycus is a genus of fossil microalgae. The type species, C. elegans, was found in the Barney Creek Formation (McArthur Group), of the Middle Proterozoic of Northern Australia.
