WebFor the purpose of fixing DPC latency issues related to ACPI.sys I recall someone suggested deactivating Intel DHCP, on XPS 15. Have you tried it? AFAIK blocking DHCP doesn't block all thermal protection measures, presumably direct CPU and GPU throttling still work but throttling from ambient sensors doesn't (but don't quote me on this).
