WebBattery's don't work well in that cold. Your battery is probably toast. Voltage is not the only thing that indicates a good battery. It can have high voltage (yours does not) but low amp's. I'd warrant that you would probably have less than 200 amps (should be around 700)
WebMar 21, 2015 · The radiator fan should "roar" like a DC10 when you first start the truck cold. After about a minute it should quiet down, but it will ALWAYS spin and is strictly mechanical. If it's cold, the oil might not flow as well on initital start up when it's warm, so it will be slower to reach the top of the motor.
