Yesterday was the first night. I wasn't there to meet and greet but got message from guest they were extremely disappointed. I offered a ref... Did not do even basic cleaning. Had not taken out the trash their entire stay. When they ran out of room in the trash can, they just put their stuff on the laundry room counter.
