WebI had same issue, the mute button on keyboard stopped working and I couldn't hear anything through settings, it just reverted to mute. TO SOLVE: Continue to press the - sound key on the keyboard. Then increase again using the + on the keyboard. It resets, hey presto!!! WebJun 12, 2024 · The volume keys ar F2 and F3 on my laptop. It makes no difference to press Fn while I press F2 or F3 or if I press Fn before pressing F2 or F3.
