It assumes that the buy volume = (Close - Low)/ (High - Low) * total volume and that the sell volume = (High - Close)/ (High - Low) * total volume. WebIt’s called volume profile. Look up volume profile and auction market theory to learn more about it. I’ve been trading since last May, and I wish I’d have learned about it earlier. It makes a lot more sense than doing something random like throwing Fibonacci lines on a chart and expecting them to be respected.
